Your mailbox is provisioned through our authorized Google Workspace business environment. The Workplaces.tools service price for creating and managing a mailbox is ₦3,000 ($2 USD) per mailbox per year.
Renewal
Every mailbox renews at ₦3,000 ($2 USD) per year. The renewal date and the amount due are shown before the renewal charge.
Each paid mailbox has its own 30 GB storage and can have up to 30 aliases, with aliases delivering into that mailbox’s inbox.
Payment is confirmed before any Google Workspace account is created. No mailbox is provisioned without a confirmed payment.

An alias is not another Google Workspace mailbox, user or licence. Aliases are additional addresses on your paid mailbox and deliver into that same inbox, up to 30 per mailbox.

How Workspace works
Professional email powered by Google Workspace
Every mailbox you create through Workspace is provisioned under our authorized Google Workspace business organization. Your mailbox is a real Google Workspace mailbox created through our organization, and once provisioning completes successfully it is ready to use.
In simple terms

- You sign in to Google using your primary mailbox.

- Emails sent to your aliases arrive in your primary mailbox.

Step 1 — Create your mailbox
You choose your name and preferred username. Our system automatically assigns an available business domain during provisioning.
Step 2 — We provision your Google Workspace mailbox
Our automated system creates and configures the mailbox through our authorized Google Workspace environment.
Step 3 — Your recovery email is configured
The email address you registered with on our platform is used as the recovery email during supported mailbox setup.
Step 4 — 30 aliases are automatically configured
Your mailbox receives up to 30 connected aliases, for example Jameshenry@yourbusiness.com and Sophiahenry@yourbusiness.com.
Step 5 — All alias emails arrive in one inbox
An email sent to any alias, such as Jameshenry@yourbusiness.com, is delivered to your primary mailbox (henry@yourbusiness.com in this example). Your final address is shown after provisioning.

How do I sign in?
Your primary mailbox has the Google Workspace login. Sign in with your mailbox address and the initial password provided during setup. Google may ask you to change that temporary password the first time you sign in.
The 30 aliases are not separate Google logins — you do not need 30 different passwords.
What can I use my aliases for?
Use your connected aliases as additional addresses for legitimate registrations, business communication, newsletters, customer inquiries and other services that permit alias addresses. All messages are delivered to the primary mailbox.
Third-party services can impose their own account and verification limits. Aliases are not separate Google accounts.
